Audi Fletcher Jones is seeking a knowledgeable Finance Manager to support dealership profitability while ensuring a compliant, transparent finance process. You will present financing options, structure deals, review applications, and ensure disclosures meet lender requirements.

In this role you will manage contracts in transit, verify profitability, and collaborate with sales to deliver a seamless guest experience. Prior automotive finance experience is required.

The Finance Manager plays a critical role in helping customers secure appropriate financing and protection products, supporting the dealership’s financial performance, and ensuring all transactions are handled accurately, ethically, and in compliance with applicable laws, lender requirements, and dealership standards.

What You Will Do

• Present finance and lease options clearly to support informed customer decisions.

What We Are Looking For

• Prior experience in automotive finance, automotive sales, or a closely related dealership role required.
• Demonstrated ability to structure and close automotive finance and lease transactions.
• Strong knowledge of automotive lending practices, deal structure, and finance product presentation.
• Working knowledge of applicable compliance requirements, including truth-in-lending, privacy, identity verification, and fair credit-related practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and explain financial information clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and contract review.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple deals and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
• Professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling confidential customer information.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Finance Manager in an automotive dealership
• Proven track record of achieving finance income and product penetration goals while maintaining a strong customer experience
• Experience in a luxury or high-volume dealership environment

Pay:$123,900 - $153,900 / year is the expected total annual earnings after factoring in all forms of compensation including hourly pay, commissions, overtime, benefits (vacation and sick), etc. Employees in this position will primarily be paid commissions, but they will also be paid minimum wage for non-sales work and for rest periods. Commissions range from $112,500 to $145,400 per year based on performance.
