Job summary

USI Insurance Services in Omaha, NE seeks a client-focused specialist to service and manage Tier 1 Premier accounts, handling renewal marketing, client inquiries, and annual coverage reviews. You will also help with new business onboarding and cross-functional coordination to meet service standards.

The role emphasizes licensing, industry knowledge, and strong communication to support client needs and carrier interactions across a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Up to 5 years experience in Personal Lines P&C insurance and coverage concepts.
State Property & Casualty license is required.
Professional designation such as ARM, CIC, CPCU, or CPRIA is preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain a minimum of 95% retention of Client Accounts through proactive engagement.
Provide technical expertise on insurance coverage and products for Premier clients.
Complete USI New Business Process for new clients with communications plans.
Manage pre-renewal activities and deliver renewal proposals to Premier clients.
Execute policy renewals, provide proof of insurance, and prevent lapses.
Respond to underwriter questions promptly and maintain records accurately.
Guide clients in submitting first reports of claims and coordinate with carriers.
