Rapport is seeking a Guest Relations Officer on Broadway to deliver exceptional hospitality and member experiences. You will welcome guests, assist with lobby flow, and provide a high-touch level of service to members and clients.

The role emphasizes warmth, attentiveness, and proactive service, with opportunities to develop professionally within the Rapport division of FLIK Hospitality Group.

Qualifications

• Welcome clients and their guests with warmth.
• Provide a prompt and courteous welcome to all guests upon their arrival.
• Act as way-finders and hospitality services resource for all guests.
• Assist with lobby flow including employee and visitor cues to elevators.
• Building and maintaining relationships with employees and repeat guests to enhance their experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and their guests with warmth and eye contact.
• Escort guests to their destination as required.
• Handle all in-person, phone and email communications professionally.
• Ensure First Class Guest/Client service during peak and off-peak times.
• Adhere to security, health, and safety protocols.
