Responsabilités

• Welcome members and guests warmly and foster a sense of belonging.
• Offer personalized club amenities and tailor interactions to members’ preferences.
• Guide check-in/check-out and escort guests as needed.
• Share knowledge of amenities, attractions, and dining options.
• Manage badge/access control with attention to security.
• Coordinate and oversee equipment repairs and maintenance.
• Plan and coordinate meetings and events, liaising with clients and vendors.
• Resolve booking conflicts and provide proactive solutions.
• Respond to inquiries with accuracy and courtesy.
• Conduct opening/closing walkthroughs and communicate updates.
• Provide technical support for club technology and systems.
• Offer administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with peers and other departments for excellent service.
• Adhere to health, safety and security protocols.
