Rapport is a specialized division of FLIK Hospitality Group based in Atlanta, seeking an Operations Experience Ambassador to foster a welcoming, professional atmosphere for clients, executives, and staff. The role focuses on delivering top-tier service and maintaining a smoothly running space.

Candidates should have strong hospitality or corporate reception experience, a high school diploma (some college preferred), and the ability to multitask under pressure while engaging visitors with warmth

Qualifications

• High school graduate, with some college preferred.
• Two to three years’ experience in a client service / reception position within a hospitality or corporate environment.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and juggling many jobs simultaneously.
• Comfortable interacting with visitors in a public environment.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of office technology / equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level internal and external customer support.
• Manage the reception desk and greet employees and visitors with a smile while maintaining eye contact through the entire interaction.
• Assist with creating a collaborative environment amongst team through events and personal introductions.
• Speak knowledgeably about the office, building, surrounding areas, transportation, local restaurants, and other points of interest.
• Ensure the cleanliness of all office space to include reception area, open work areas, conference rooms, lobby, and kitchen.
