Qualifications

• Must stand for 5 hours or more, outside in varied weather conditions.
• Positive, professional image with a five-star daily impression.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent listening and verbal communication abilities.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of office technology.
• Punctual, dependable, and discreet with confidentiality.
• 1–2 years in client service/front-of-house in hospitality or corporate.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and guests warmly, creating an immediate sense of belonging.
• Provide prompt, courteous welcomes on arrival.
• Act as way-finder and hospitality resources for guests.
• Assist lobby flow and cue employees/visitors to elevators.
• Build relationships with employees and repeat guests, using surnames when available.
• Engage actively with guests, employees, and clients to anticipate needs.
• Escort guests to destinations as required.
• Handle in-person, phone, and email communications professionally.
• Maintain First Class service levels during peak and off-peak times.
• Safeguard well-being by following security, health, and safety protocols.
