Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality setting. You will ensure smooth events, oversee on-site checks with guests, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the day.

The role requires a High School Diploma, relevant AV experience, and a valid driver’s license. External and internal training pathways are highlighted in our policy documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required. Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for team members operating Company vehicles.
• External applicants must meet training/certification requirements within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic AV equipment in hotel environments.
• Ensure flawless events through accurate and timely work.
• Exceed guest and client expectations through strong service.
• Meet with guests on site to verify needs and equipment function.
• Monitor events and maintain hotel/client relationships.
• Collaborate with Management to maintain service standards.
