Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hotel/conference environment. You will ensure excellent customer service, work closely with guests, and verify that equipment operates correctly throughout events.

The role requires a High School Diploma (Associate’s degree preferred) and 1 year of customer service or AV experience. A valid driver’s license may be required, with potential for physical duties involved during setups and breakdowns.

Qualifications

• Requires customer service or hospitality experience.
• Experience with AV equipment is preferred.
• External applicants must meet all training and certifications within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic AV equipment as listed in qualifications.
• Meet with guests on site to ensure needs are met and equipment works properly.
• Coordinate with hotel staff and vendors for equipment and invoicing.
