USI, Inc. is seeking a client services professional in Bloomington, MN to manage Tier 1 Premier accounts. Responsibilities include renewal marketing, answering client questions, and conducting annual coverage reviews.

The role emphasizes strong insurance knowledge, licensing, and proactive communication to maintain high retention and accurate records. This position operates in a fast-paced, service-driven environment with team collaboration.

Formación

• High school graduate; college degree preferred but not required.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Industry designation such as ARM, CIC, CPRIA, CPCU or pursuing designation.
• Strong written and verbal communication; team oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a minimum 95% retention of Client Accounts through proactive engagement and outreach.
• Provide technical insurance knowledge to service new and existing clients; identify exposure and problem solve.
• Complete New Business Process for new clients, establish client communication plans, review policies, and deliver welcome packets.
• Manage all pre-renewal activities for Premier clients; conduct renewal meetings to assess changes and deliver renewal proposals.
• Execute on policy renewals; issue proof of insurance as needed and maintain renewal expirations to avoid lapses.
• Respond to underwriters’ questions promptly and maintain accurate agency management records.
• Provide guidance to clients for claiming processes and facilitate carrier responses.
