Job summary

USI Insurance Services in Des Moines seeks an experienced client services professional to manage Tier 1 Premier client accounts. You will handle renewal marketing, respond to client inquiries, and conduct annual client coverage reviews to ensure quality service and retention.

The role requires knowledge of Personal Lines P&C insurance, a valid P&C license, and strong communication skills to work with clients and carriers.

Qualifications

Experience in Personal Lines Property & Casualty insurance and related coverages.
State Property & Casualty license required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet service standards.

Responsibilities

Maintain at least 95% retention of client accounts through proactive engagement.
Provide technical insurance knowledge to service new and existing clients.
Complete New Business Process for new clients, including welcome packets and accuracy checks.
Manage pre-renewal activities for Premier clients and deliver renewal proposals.
Execute policy renewals and maintain renewal expirations to avoid lapses.
Respond to underwriters’ questions promptly and accurately.
Maintain accurate agency management and document systems.
Guide clients in submitting claims and coordinating with carriers.
