Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–2 years of related experience in commercial development or real estate.
• Proficiency with MS Office for budgets and program updates.

Responsibilities

• Support Predevelopment Project Managers with upstream diligence and jurisdictional research.
• Assist with preparation of predevelopments budgets and cashflow forecasts.
• Create monthly updates on development initiatives for executive reviews.
• Support real estate due diligence for land banks and data centers with key stakeholders.
• Develop entitlement and permit schedules for new properties and data centers.
• Ensure designs align with QTS standards and drive process improvements.
