QTS Data Centers is seeking a Development Specialist to provide administrative, operational, and project coordination support for data center base build construction. You will help plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects while ensuring milestones and documentation meet corporate standards.

The role requires strong organization, proactive problem‑solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, technical environment across multiple campuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years Associate’s Degree.
• 2+ years of construction admin or project coordination experience.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint in Office Suite.
• Experience with Procore preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires and set up workstations.
• Support development projects across campuses, track deliverables and docs.
• Monitor milestones with project managers; escalate issues as needed.
• Manage vendor onboarding, shipments, and labeling per requirements.
• Coordinate meetings, travel, agendas, and materials.
• Maintain office organization and supply inventory across sites.
• Coordinate security protocols and access credentials.
• Prepare project status updates and executive reports.
• Coordinate milestone events with contractors and marketing.
• Process and submit executive expense reports.
• Share best practices across project teams.
• Assist in contract administration and permitting reporting.
