Qualifications

• Four year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.
• Ideal candidates will have project experience in one or more key market sectors identified by the business unit.
• Proficient in P6 scheduling and Critical Path Scheduling.
• Proficient with Enterprise Project Management Systems.
• Proficient in commonly used industry estimating software programs.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• History of delivering projects as prime point of contact with minimal oversight.
• Ten or more years of experience in an estimating role.

Responsibilities

• As assigned, perform basic and advanced estimating tasks to manage workflow in the department.
• Develop and oversee project scope management and procurement plans, including contracts and changes.
• Demonstrate business acumen in budgeting and cost controls to ensure profitability.
• Lead risk management planning and quarterly reviews with senior management.
• Ensure compliance with owner contracts and project quality, safety, and environmental plans.
• Ensure timely, professional, and branded deliverables on assigned projects.
• Manage client and internal partner expectations and workflow efficiency.
• Develop staffing plans with PMs and senior leadership for assigned projects.
