Job summary

Sundt Construction is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead estimating activities on complex projects in Texas. You will collaborate with design teams, owners, and internal stakeholders to develop accurate cost assessments and robust bid packages.

The role requires leadership in bid development, constructability input, and coordinating with operations to align schedules and logistics. Ideal candidates bring ten or more years in estimating, proficiency with MS Office, and experience across multiple

Qualifications

Four-year engineering degree or equivalent experience.
LEED accreditation and DBIA certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite programs.
Ten+ years of experience in an estimating role.

Responsibilities

Perform basic estimating functions: quantity takeoff and pricing for all trades, including MEP scopes.
Develop conceptual estimates for review by senior personnel.
