The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least two years of related experience on an asphalt crew. You must be physically capable and a strong team player, with a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience on an asphalt crew
• Ability to lift, shovel, balance and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Set the depth and width of the asphalt according to specifications.
• Shovel asphalt into holes or areas inaccessible to the paving machine.
• Provide excellent internal customer service and meet service expectations.
• Follow all safety, compliance and environmental requirements per company standards.
• Perform other related work as assigned.
