Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. seeks a Screed Operator to oversee the screed on the paving machine, setting depth and width of asphalt to meet specifications on road projects in Colorado.

You will shovel asphalt, support safe operations, and deliver excellent internal customer service while complying with PPE and safety rules. This frontline role offers growth with a nationwide infrastructure builder.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience on an asphalt crew.
• Manual dexterity, eye-hand coordination, good physical fitness, a good sense of balance, and an ability to work as a member of a team.

Responsibilities

• Setting the depth and width of the asphalt according to specifications.
• Shoveling asphalt into holes and areas inaccessible to the paving machine.
• Provide excellent internal customer service and exceed expectations.
• Follow safety, compliance and environmental requirements.
