Woodward is seeking a Machine Repair Technician for the Loves Park Campus (1st shift, Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm) with rotating on-call. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal machine performance.

Applicants should have a high school diploma (associates preferred) and experience in manufacturing repair, with strong diagnostic and safety skills. Ongoing training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Associates degree in electronics, mechanical, or industrial discipline preferred.
• Experience in machine repair in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing production machine errors.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery.
• Diagnose Basic Issues: Identify and troubleshoot straightforward machine malfunctions using established guidelines.
• Execute Repairs: Carry out necessary repairs on equipment under close supervision, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Document Maintenance Activities: Accurately record all maintenance and repair tasks in logs and reports.
• Collaborate with Team Members: Communicate technical information and work effectively with team members.
