You will meticulously process payments, posts, and refunds while serving as the liaison between branches, managers, and auction partners to maintain seamless floorplan operations.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong numerical ability, and collaborative problem solving in a finance-driven automotive setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact between field branches, relationship managers, and auction partners.
• Assess payments against partner statements with precise mapping to customer accounts.
• Investigate floorplan discrepancies and misallocations with research-driven problem solving.
• Provide prompt, professional communication to resolve operational bottlenecks in a fast-paced queue.
• Perform loan processing, quality checks, and routing of financial and title documents.
