Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–5+ years in customer service or administrative roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe products is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task completion.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders into the ERP and track from inception to completion.
• Review vendor acknowledgements for accuracy and post in the ERP.
• Resolve pricing and invoice discrepancies.
• Coordinate delivery, service, and installation with operations.
• Provide primary contact to customers for order status and problem solving.
• Info the Account Representative and team of significant order developments.
• Maintain accurate and standardized order documentation.
• Answer incoming phone calls and support contract administration as needed.
