ISI Design and Installation Solutions, INC. is seeking an Order Processor to manage and process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. You will coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Branch Management, and Warehouse to ensure timely fulfillment and sound documentation for audits.

The role emphasizes data integrity, collaboration across Production and Design, and maintaining records while supporting SOP development and daily operational goals in a busy office setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in order processing, data entry, or a related administrative role.
• Preferred Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the flooring, cabinet, or construction industry preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately enter and process customer orders in the company’s order management system (ERP).
• Review and verify order details, including selections and quantities, prior to entry.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Sales, and Branch Management to ensure materials are available.
• Communicate with Production, Design, and Warehouse to resolve order discrepancies.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies to maintain data integrity and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain organized electronic order files and ensure audit compliance.
• Support development and maintenance of standard operating procedures for order processing.
• Complete daily activities with accuracy and minimal supervision.
• Perform other duties to support operational goals.
• Compare color sheets to floor plans to verify raw material quantities.
