Job summary

Interior Logic Group in Austin, TX is seeking an Order Processor to enter and verify customer orders with accuracy in our ERP and coordinate across Sales, Purchasing, Branch Management, and Warehouse. You will maintain organized electronic files, support SOPs, and help ensure timely fulfillment while communicating with Production, Design, and Warehouse teams.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1–2 years in order processing or data entry, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in order processing or data entry preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders in the ERP with accuracy.
• Review order details and quantities against documentation before entry.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Sales, and Branch Management to ensure material availability.
• Coordinate with Production, Design, and Warehouse to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized electronic order files in compliance with policies.
• Support SOP development and daily order processing activities.
• Assist with model home orders and factory floor communications as needed.
