Job summary

ASML is seeking candidates for a back-end optical manufacturing role in Wilton, CT. You will fabricate high-precision optical components for semiconductor photolithography, maintain a cleanroom environment, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Expect 6am–6pm back-end days with a compressed schedule of 12-hour shifts, 3–4 days per week. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, plus vocational training or an associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational certification preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting or with vocational training.
• Previous use of measuring equipment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor optical processing equipment and maintain area 5S standards.
• Handle delicate optical components and identify abnormal characteristics.
• Identify unsafe conditions and quality concerns, escalating promptly.
• Support area and factory schedule execution and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and management to drive continuous improvement.
