Job summary

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and quality standards.
• Experience with precision metrology equipment preferred.
• Ability to read measurements and tolerances.
• Prior manufacturing/cleanroom experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement (kaizen) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor optical processing equipment.
• Handle delicate optical components and identify abnormalities.
• Maintain area, tooling, and equipment to 5S standards.
• Identify unsafe conditions and escalate as needed.
• Support production schedule and line efficiency.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing Management to improve operations.
• Train new staff as needed.
