Job summary

ASML seeks a Front End Manufacturing Technician in Wilton, CT to fabricate high-precision optical components for advanced semiconductor photolithography systems. You will operate CNC milling, grind and polish surfaces, load deposition chambers, and align and assemble glass parts with high accuracy.

You will follow 5S standards, document steps, and contribute to continuous improvement while working a 12-hour night shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM). Prior manufacturing or vocational training is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience in a facility is a plus.
• Familiarity with measuring equipment (Microscopes, Calipers, CMM, Interferometer) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor and operate optical processing equipment.
• Handle delicate optical components and identify abnormalities.
• Maintain area, tooling, and equipment to 5S standards.
• Identify unsafe conditions and escalate issues promptly.
• Support area and factory schedule with assigned work content.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to improve efficiency.
• Learn and apply skills to tackle progressively challenging products.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for safety, quality, and throughput.
