Job summary

ASML in Wilton, CT seeks an experienced technician to fabricate high-precision optical components for advanced photolithography systems. You will operate CNC milling, grind and polish surfaces, and coat optics while adhering to strict quality standards.

You will work a compressed 12-hour schedule (6 am–6 pm) with rotating days and responsibilities that include equipment monitoring, defect mapping, and collaboration with engineering teams to improve efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in a vocational trade preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or vocational certification is advantageous.
• Familiarity with measurement tools such as microscopes, calipers and CMM is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor optical processing equipment.
• Handle delicate optical components and identify abnormalities.
• Maintain 5S standards in area, tooling, and equipment.
• Identify unsafe conditions and quality concerns promptly.
• Support area and factory schedule execution.
