Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing and measurement tools is a plus.
• Able to read gauges and follow process instructions.
• Comfortable in a clean room and safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor optical processing equipment and meet production schedules.
• Handle delicate optical components and identify abnormalities.
• Maintain area, tooling, and equipment to 5S standards.
• Identify unsafe conditions and quality concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve efficiency.
• Train new staff and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
