Qualifications

• BA/BS or healthcare equivalent degree required.
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical field.
• 5+ years in specialty and/or rare disease.
• Proven ability to influence C/D-Suite customers.
• Experience in large accounts/hospitals and navigating barriers.
• Successful product launch experience.
• Pharma/biotech startup experience preferred.
• Diagnostic/Precision medicine experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently overnight.

Responsibilities

• Align strategies with multiple Cogent stakeholders to drive objectives.
• Engage with healthcare systems and labs to ensure access to Cogent treatments post-FDA approval.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with KOLs.
• Plan and execute KOL engagements at conferences and field events.
• Develop programs to advance business objectives; prioritize initiatives.
• Foster patient, caregiver, and HCP experience.
• Embed in target healthcare systems; differentiate from competitors.
• Support cross-functional teams and maintain CRM data.
• Ensure budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.
• Incorporate regulatory and legal compliance into daily activities.
