Job summary

Cogent Biosciences seeks a Precision Medicine Executive to embed the company across major healthcare systems in the United States. You will work as a hybrid Regional Diagnostic Expert and Thought Leader Liaison (TLL), managing regional diagnostic initiatives and KOL relationships.

The role requires clinical knowledge, experience with field and HQ protocols, and the ability to educate providers on brand and disease-state strategies.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or healthcare equivalent degree required.
• 8+ years in pharma/biotech/medical fields with market knowledge.
• 5+ years in specialty and/or rare disease environments (Hematology/Oncology preferred).

Responsibilities

• Work with Cogent stakeholders to align strategies and drive execution.
• Engage external HCP stakeholders at key systems across the US for access post-FDA approval.
• Identify and cultivate long-term relationships with KOLs.
• Plan and conduct KOL engagements at conferences; field visits and POAs in a compliant manner.
• Identify and prioritize programming and venues to advance business objectives.
• Foster an environment prioritizing patient, caregiver, and HCP experiences.
