Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field; 8+ years pharma/biotech experience.
• 5+ years in specialty and/or rare disease (Hematology/Oncology preferred).
• Proven ability to access and influence C/D‑Suite level customers.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management in a matrixed organization.
• Experience launching products in pharma/biotech.

Responsibilities

• Work with Cogent stakeholders to align strategies and execute key tactics to advance business objectives.
• Partner with external HCP stakeholders across the US for patient access post-FDA approval.
• Identify, profile, cultivate and maintain long‑term relationships with KOLs.
• Plan and execute KOL engagements and executive encounters at conferences and field events in a compliant manner.
• Identify and prioritize novel programming and venues to advance business objectives.
• Develop and foster an environment prioritizing patient, caregiver, and HCP experiences.
• Differentiate Cogent through value delivery within target healthcare systems.
• Adjust to launch preparations and support both corporate and field teams in a dynamic market.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to execute and pull-through business plans.
• Develop and maintain all account/contact details within CRM.
• Ensure budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.
• Incorporate regulatory and legal compliance into daily activities.
