Job summary

Cogent Biosciences, Inc. in Waltham, MA is seeking a Precision Medicine Executive (PME) to join the Customer Engagement Team and help prepare for our first product launch.

The PME will embed Cogent within major US healthcare systems, manage KOL relationships, drive regional diagnostic initiatives, and collaborate across Marketing, Medical, Analytics, and Legal to execute brand and disease-state strategies. Strong communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to travel frequently are

Qualifications

• Proven ability to access and influence C/D-Suite level customers.
• Successful product launch experience is required.
• Prior pharma/biotech start-up experience is preferred.
• Prior Diagnostic/Precision medicine experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with Cogent stakeholders to align strategies and execute key initiatives.
• Engage external HCP stakeholders at US healthcare systems and labs.
• Identify, profile, cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs.
• Plan and execute KOL engagements at conferences and field visits in a compliant manner.
• Develop and prioritize new programming and engagement opportunities.
• Foster a customer-centric environment and deliver consistent value to patients and caregivers.
