Responsibilities

• Enter all orders in ERP system per ISO 9001-2000 instructions.
• Ensure documents are completed prior to order entry.
• Perform contract review.
• Archive documents.
• Run relevant reports.
• Answer phones and take messages.
• Carry out additional duties as defined by management.
• Perform other related duties as required.
