The Fresh Factory B.C. Ltd. is seeking a detail‑driven Customer Service Representative to manage customer orders from entry to fulfillment at our Downers Grove, IL facility.

You will ensure accurate data entry, clear communication, and on-time delivery while coordinating with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Shipping and Logistics teams. Candidates should have 3+ years of customer service or order management experience and a college degree, with proficiency in ERP/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into the ERP system accurately.
• Review orders for pricing, availability, and ship dates.
• Provide timely order status updates to customers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Shipping and Logistics teams.
• Resolve discrepancies, backorders, and special requests.
• Generate order confirmations and customer documentation.
