Job summary

ARCH Medical Solutions is seeking an Order Entry Admin to coordinate and purchase outsourced services and ensure accurate order processing in a fast-paced environment. You will work with ERP, document control systems, and master scheduling to support manufacturing reviews.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to safety and quality guidelines, with opportunities for growth in a modern manufacturing facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with ERP and document control systems.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accurate order processing.
• Team oriented with willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Review customer orders for contract compliance.
• Enter order details accurately into ERP.
• Load drawings, create job travelers, and update schedules.
• Send RFQs to vendors and select based on price and lead time.
• Create purchase orders for outsourced operations.
• Track orders with vendors and coordinate internally.
• Reconcile completed jobs and file Product History Records.
• Assist with inventory cycle counting.
• Collaborate with team to maintain smooth workflow.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and housekeeping policies.
