Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into the ERP system with high accuracy.
• Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics to meet timelines.
• Maintain accurate order records and transaction histories.
• Monitor order status and resolve delays or escalate as needed.
• Respond to inquiries about order status or documentation.
• Assist in generating order-related reports.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to order entry.
