Job summary

Snelling Huntsville is seeking an Order Processing Specialist for our Huntsville facility. The role involves entering customer orders, ensuring accurate part numbers and quantities, and maintaining a high level of data accuracy.

Responsibilities include coordinating with sales, shipping/receiving, customer service, production and scheduling. This temporary-to-hire position runs 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday; an exceptional benefits package is offered upon permanent hire.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role.
• Experience with accounting, purchasing, or order entry in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• ERP experience and solid computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders and verify that part numbers and quantities are correct.
• Act as liaison between sales, shipping & receiving, customer service, production and scheduling.
• Work in a temp-to-hire capacity with standard hours 8am-5pm, M-F; company benefits upon hire.

Huntsville manufacturing facility has an immediate need for a detailed and accurate order processing specialist.

This position will be entering customer orders, ensuring that part numbers and quantity are correct. The position requires an extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as efficient and accurate data entry.

The position is a liaison between sales, shipping & receiving, customer service, production and scheduling.

Temp to hire, 8am-5pm, M-F; temp to hire. Client has exceptional benefit package upon company hire.
