Job summary

ARCH Medical Solutions - Lehigh Valley in Quakertown, PA is seeking an Order Entry Admin to handle order entry and coordinate purchasing outsourced services. You will input orders into the ERP system, load drawings, create job travelers, and prepare visual boards for manufacturing reviews.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with ERP and document control systems preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy.
• Attention to detail and timely order processing; teamwork-focused.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders accurately into the ERP system.
• Load drawings into the document control system and create job travelers.
• Send RFQs to vendors and select vendors based on price/lead time and approvals.
• Create purchase orders for outsourced operations and track order status with vendors.
• Assist with inventory cycle counting and maintain Product History Records.
