Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into ERP with high accuracy.

• Maintain records of customer orders and transactions.
• Monitor order status and resolve delays.
• Respond to inquiries about order status or documentation.
• Assist in generating order-related reports and documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement of order entry processes.
