Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Project Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar construction administrative support role.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers with administrative coordination throughout the construction project lifecycle.
• Prepare, track, and maintain RFIs, submittals, change orders, project documentation, and related records.
• Assist with project billing, invoice support, cost documentation, and coordination with internal teams.
• Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and field personnel to help keep project information accurate and current.
• Maintain organized project files, logs, schedules, and correspondence to support timely project execution.
• Help identify documentation gaps, follow up on outstanding items, and support overall project workflow.
