The role requires five years of docketing experience, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with federal/state court rules. Collaboration with vendors and confidentiality are essential in this firm-wide position.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of docketing or similar experience at a law firm or corporate department preferred.
• Pacer/File & Serve proficiency and knowledge of court rules required.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to work with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Calendaring and critical data management (docketing) with high accuracy.
• Perform federal, state, appellate and administrative electronic filing.
• Review documents for deadlines and ensure proper filing logistics.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for service of process and filing retrieval.
• Maintain and organize case files and docket records.
• Prioritize requests from attorneys and staff and meet deadlines.
