Fox Rothschild LLP is seeking an ARC Filing & Docketing Specialist to manage calendaring, docketing, and electronic court filings. You will support attorneys firm-wide, ensuring deadlines are met with high accuracy and confidentiality.

The role requires five years of related experience, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with federal/state filing procedures, including Pacer and File & Serve. Local Minneapolis on-site position with team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ related experience at a law firm or legal department preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and electronic filing processes (Pacer, File & Serve).
• Ability to manage deadlines accurately, with confidentiality and initiative.

Responsabilités

• Review documents for deadlines and docket client-specific actions.
• Enter docket data daily into the calendaring/database per standards.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for service-of-process and filings.
• Perform federal, state, appellate, and administrative electronic filings.
• Maintain case files and uphold firm policies and confidentiality.
