Job summary

Fox Rothschild LLP seeks an ARC Filing & Docketing Specialist to manage calendaring, docketing, and electronic court filings firm-wide. The role supports attorneys and staff with deadline tracking, filing logistics, and compliance in a fast-paced law firm environment.

The position requires five years’ related experience, strong MS Office skills, knowledge of court rules, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree preferred; Bachelor’s Degree a plus.
• Minimum five (5) years’ related experience at a law firm or legal department preferred.
• Experience as a paralegal including court filings and document review.

Responsibilities

• Docket litigation deadlines with accuracy in accordance with case team preferences.
• Perform federal, state, appellate and administrative electronic filing.
• Review documents for format, filing fees, and required copies.
• Coordinate with outside service-of-process vendors nationwide.
• Retrieve documents from courts’ websites and interface with outside vendors.
