Job summary

Fox Rothschild LLP is seeking an ARC Filing & Docketing Specialist to manage critical docketing and court filing tasks firm-wide. The role emphasizes meticulous data entry, calendaring, and efficient electronic filing across federal and state courts.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree (Associate’s preferred) with at least five years of paralegal experience, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with Pacer/File & Serve.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree preferred; Bachelor’s Degree a plus.
• Minimum five years’ related experience at a law firm or legal/corporate dept.
• Paralegal experience with state/federal court filings, pleadings and discovery.
• Proficiency with MS Office and court filing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Docket litigation deadlines and manage calendar with high accuracy.
• Perform federal, state, appellate and administrative electronic filings.
• Review pleadings and filings for deadlines and compliance.
• Coordinate with case teams and outside vendors for service and filings.
• Maintain case files and manage document management system updates.
