Fox Rothschild LLP in Washington, DC is seeking an ARC Filing & Docketing Specialist focused on docketing and court filing to support attorneys firm-wide. You will manage critical dates and ensure timely filings across federal, state, and administrative venues.

The role requires five years of paralegal experience, strong MS Office skills, familiarity with PACER and electronic filing, and excellent organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years’ related experience at a law firm or legal or corporate department preferred.
• Previous experience as a paralegal with extensive state and federal court filings, drafting pleadings and discovery, and document review.
• Associate’s Degree preferred. Bachelor’s Degree a plus; applicable work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Calendaring and critical data management (docketing) for deadlines.
• Review documents for deadlines, including pleadings, discovery, and deposition notices.
• Docket client-specific actions and daily data entry into the calendaring system.
• Perform federal, state, appellate and administrative electronic filing.
• Coordinate with outside service-of-process vendors nationwide.
• Retrieve documents from courts’ websites and interface with vendors.
