Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Minimum five years of related experience at a law firm or corporate legal department preferred.
• Experience as a paralegal with state and federal court filings, drafting pleadings and discovery, and document review.

Responsibilities

• Calendaring and critical data management (docketing) with daily data entry into the calendaring database.
• Perform federal, state, appellate and administrative electronic filing.
• Review documents for format, filing fees, copies, and service logistics.
• Coordinate with outside service-of-process vendors nationwide.
• Maintain case files and uphold confidentiality; manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
