Job summary

Fox Rothschild LLP seeks an ARC Filing & Docketing Specialist to manage docketing deadlines and facilitate court filings across the firm. You will review documents for deadlines, perform electronic filings, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely service and filing.

The role requires five years of paralegal experience, strong MS Office skills, and solid knowledge of PACER and electronic filing rules. This is an on-site position in a fast-paced, confidential environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Minimum of five years’ related experience at a law firm or corporate department preferred.
• Paralegal experience with state and federal filings, drafting pleadings and discovery, and document review.

Responsibilities

• Calendaring and critical data management (docketing) with accurate deadlines.
• Docket client-specific actions; daily data entry into calendaring system.
• Perform federal, state, appellate, and administrative electronic filing.
• Coordinate with outside service vendors nationwide; retrieve documents from courts.
• Maintain case files and ensure confidentiality.
