Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Sumner, IA is seeking a CNC Operator to run and monitor CNC equipment in a trailer fabrication environment. You will set up, adjust, and operate machines to produce parts to exact specifications, following SOPs and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include routine machine maintenance, quality checks, and supporting fabrication operations. The role requires attention to detail, ability to read measurements, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a full-time on-site

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret operator instructions and drawings.
• Strong measurement skills using tape measure and calipers.
• Basic math skills for measurements and conversions.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of duties including maintaining, setting, and adjusting the machine.
• Operate CNC machine in a safe manner.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
• Perform routine maintenance on the machinery.
• Conduct quality checks and follow SOPs.
