Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reads and interprets blueprints and work orders for dimensions, tolerances, tooling instructions, feed rates, and speeds.
• Builds tooling and work holding devices to complete tasks.
• Performs setup and adjusts machine settings for quality parts and efficiency.
• Uses calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to verify dimensions.
• Loads/unloads raw materials and finished parts, sometimes with overhead hoist.
• Operates CNC machines previously programmed and documents TPMs.”
