Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to read, write and understand work instructions and visual drawings.
• Demonstrate mathematical skills and measurement instrumentation proficiency.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain machine, tooling, and parts in optimal production condition.
• Meet production requirements as defined on product routing and notify supervisor if goals cannot be attained.
• Observe machine settings for accuracy and detect malfunctions using precision instruments.
• Inspect parts during production for out-of-tolerance conditions and record readings.
• Collaborate with team to troubleshoot manufacturing problems and perform quality checks.
• Ensure machines run correctly to prevent damage to equipment or tooling.
