Job summary

Amrize in Hubbard, Texas seeks a Batch Plant Operator RMX to be the technical heart of the plant, using computerized systems to precisely batch concrete according to strict engineering mix designs.

You will monitor plant vitals, generate exact batch tickets, log all system events, adjust moisture and water as needed, and communicate with drivers to ensure timely, high-quality loads while maintaining rigorous safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2–3 years technical training preferred.
• 1–3 years in a related customer service or dispatch environment.
• Proficient with dispatch systems and automated batching software.
• Able to work overtime including Saturdays and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant vitals and ensure safety interlocks are functional.
• Generate precise electronic batch tickets for every load.
• Log automated system errors and batch-design changes accurately.
• Communicate with drivers to fulfill customer orders and maintain production outputs.
