Job summary

Amrize is hiring a Batch Plant Operator RMX to be the technical heart of our Hubbard, Texas plant. You will use computerized batching systems to produce concrete per strict mix designs and manage precise batch tickets.

This on-site role requires 1–3 years in dispatch or customer service, familiarity with Command Alkon, and the ability to work overtime including Saturdays and overnights while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Requires 1-3 years in customer service or dispatch
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift as needed
• Proficient with dispatch systems and PC/phone equipment

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant vitals and ensure safety interlocks (LOTO) are followed
• Generate precise electronic batch tickets for every load
• Log all system errors and mix-design changes accurately
• Adjust moisture and water to maintain target water-to-cement ratio
• Communicate with drivers to complete orders
• Maintain high-quality production and safety culture
